Is there any clause or guidelines about Biometric attendance system in NAAC accreditation or any other accreditation etc. process for libraries, If you know than kindly share? "

This is my consideration for any inspection purpose. not only NAAC
They will ask the report of staffs, and students daily usage report,
try to show Register (or) Koha -Inout register (or) Another software entry must
Especially, daily usage of staff report.
1. Internet usage Report (Must have 10 systems for browsing purpose at library)
2. E-resource Paid subscription (Delent/J-gate/ProQuest) if institution subscribed (ebooks-e-Journals list and Total Collection)
3. Journal & magazine Subscription
4. last purchased details books list & Bills (Yearly/freebooks updated)
5. Stack verification Report (yearly) loss of books
6. Books suggested (or) recommended Department report (HOD sign and Seal)
7. Total collection Dept wise, Reference Books (Total Volume & Title)
8. Library Details necessary cover all the details of library
9. Budget (year Expenses for library
10. Library Software
11. Issue and Return format duration for students
12. Infrastructure facility etc. (Barcode scanner & Printers facility)
