About Rumor of WCDO Vacancy
Dear sir/ma'am
Does anyone have information regarding WCDO, Delhi vacancies that they are fake or real because there is a rumor in social media that these vacancy are fake. If anyone have information regarding these vacancy,Please provide here. Should I apply for these vacancy or not ?. Please suggest Me.

Dear All,
It is not official notification and website of WCDO. The official website is http://wcd.nic.in/, I have gone through https://www.india.gov.in/ National Portal of India there I found the link of WCDO and searched for the notification but there is no such notification in it.
So the above mentioned notification link is fake. And I request please wait for some time and not go with it.

यह डिजिटल इंडिया का युग है, देश, दुनिया सब डिजिटल हो रही है... तो धोखेबाज़ी, ठगी कैसे भी डिजिटल हो रही है, उसने तकनीक को अपना साधन बनाकर खेल खेलना शुरू कर दिया है। कहते हैं भारत बेरोजगारों का देश है... यहाँ पत्थर उछालो तो किसी बेरोजगार के सर पर ही गिरेगा। चूंकि ये समाज की तानों, गालियों के मारे हैं... इसलिए कहीं भी छोटा सा विज्ञापन दिखे तो ये रेगिस्तान के मृग की तरह पानी के पीछे दौड़ पड़ते हैं। बस यहीं से शुरू होता है फ्रॉड...
जिस विज्ञापन का चित्र आपके सामने है, उसके बारे में कुछ साथियो के बताने पर इस साइट पर नजर पड़ी। यह अपने को 'WCDO' यानी 'Women and Child Development Organisation' कहते हैं। इसकी साइट 'http://wcdo.org.in/' है। इन्होंने 6715 टीचर्स व नॉन-टीचिंग पदों की भर्ती का विज्ञापन निकाला है। पहले तो मुझे विश्वास नही हुआ कि इतना बड़ा संस्थान मेरी जानकारी से अभी तक अछूता कैसे है? फिर जब मैंने इसकी साइट देखी... तो पता चला कि कितना बड़ा फ्रॉड है इसमें। फिलहाल इसने अपने बारे मे जो बताया है, उसमें से कुछ बातों पर गौर फरमाएँ :
1- ये अपने बारे मे लिखते हैं "under act 1882 WCDO is Autonomous organsation." जबकि बीसों बार गूगल करने पर, स्वायत्त संस्थाओं की लिस्ट छानने पर भी ऐसा कोई भी संस्थान नही दिख रहा है। WCDO नाम की एक संस्था दिखी भी तो वो भारत की न होकर इथोपिया की है http://www.wcdo.org.et/
2- KVS जैसे संस्थान के देश भर में 1178 स्कूल्स और 53 हजार+ कर्मचारी हैं। फिर भी यह जब 03 सालों की संयुक्त भर्ती निकालती है, तो 6205 ही निकलते हैं। जबकि इनका 6700+ का विज्ञापन है तो जाहिर है कि देश में हजारों स्कूल/कार्यालय होंगे 50 हजार+ कर्मचारी भी होंगे। तब भी न किसी ने इनका नाम सुना है, आखिर ये 6700 को पोस्टिंग कहाँ देंगे? इसका कोई पता नहीं मिल रहा है।
3- ये लोग केवल भीम एप से एक निजी बैंक के खाते में पेमेंट करवा रहे हैं। इससे पहले CSDB नामक एक संस्था जुलाई मे भी ऐसे भर्ती निकाली थी, आजकल उसकी साइट नजर नही आ रही है। इस बारे मे तब पोस्ट मैंने लगाई थी https://www.facebook.com/indramani.upadhyay.16/posts/1785160178166361
4- इनकी साइट को देखा तो उसपर महिला हेल्पलाइन, चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन, बेटी बाचओ, डिजिटल इंडिया, ई-गवर्नेस, राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग, सर्व-शिक्षा अभियान.... आदि तमाम संस्थाओं, अभियानों के लोगो चिपके हुए नजर आ रहे हैं। समझ नहीं आता आखिर इनकी पार्टनरशिप किससे है?
5- इनके Services देखें तो शायद ही कोई काम बचा हो जो ये न करते हों... Study Center, Educational Schools, Hostels, Cstrongnics Maternity Homes, Skills development Centers... बहुत से काम नजर आएंगे। उतना तो मोदी सरकार भी शायद करती हो।
6- इनके Objectives देखेंगे तो शायद ही मानव-कल्याण का कोई काम बचा हुआ नजर आएगा http://wcdo.org.in/objective.aspx
देखने से लगता है कि बेहतर है कि सरकार यही चलाएं। हलांकि आजतक कहीं कोई काम गलती से नजर नहीं आया। वरना इन्हें नोबल न सही, मैगसेसे तो दे ही डालते।
7- 'Women and Child Development' डालकर जब गूगलियाएंगे तो आपको इस नाम कि एक मिनिस्ट्री मिलेगी http://www.wcd.nic.in इसका प्रभार आजकल मेनका गांधी जी के पास है। फिलहाल मेरी समझ से इसके नाम मे मिनिस्ट्री हटाकर Organisation चेंपकर साइट तैयार की गई है।
8- इनके विज्ञापन को ध्यान से देखें तो वह KVS, NVS की पिछली भर्ती के विज्ञापन का कॉकटेल लगता है।

अब कल्पना कीजिए कि 6715 पदों पर 1:100 के अनुपात मे भी लोग भरते हैं, तो यह संख्या 06 से 07 लाख+ होगी, और इनकी फीस 800 व 500 है। तो भी 50 करोड़ से अधिक का घोटाला हो जाएगा।
आप सभी आप सभी से अनुरोध है कि न केवल इस फ्रॉड से बचें, अपितु अपने तमाम परिचित बेरोजगार साथियों को भी ऐसी ठगी से बचाने का प्रयास करें। साथ ही सक्षम एजेंसीज तक इसकी रिपोर्ट करें, जिससे ऐसी किसी धोखाधड़ी से बचा जा सके व जिम्मेदार लोग सलाखों के पीछे नजर आएँ....
