dear sir, I am going to publish one book on library movement and development of indian states, in this book there will be each chapter for each states, and each will be handled by persons from that states, it is an edited book. so I request you to kindly take this opportunity by taking one chapter on library movement and development of Manipur state. It will be more easy to you because your phd thesis on related that topic.
