Advertisement for the post of Library Assistant at Alliance University, Bengaluru
Alliance University invites applications from well-qualified and experienced persons for the following post:
Post: Library Assistant
No. of Vacancies: 4 (Four)
Salary: as per the qualification and experience
Age Limit: 28 years, Age relaxable in case of highly deserving candidates.
Qualification and Experience:
โข Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Library Science / Information Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% of the marks
โข Knowledge of computers, IT Applications in Libraries, Library Management systems, Knowledge of recent trends and technologies in Library and Information Services.
โข Good written and oral communication skills in English.
โข Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in leading national-level research and academic institute or university.
The selected candidates will work from Monday-Saturday and be ready to work in different shifts, weekends, and holidays on a rotation basis.
Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be based on their consistent good academic record, performance in the written test and personal interview.
