Hello sir, I am Nasirudheen, from University of Calciut, Kerala, would like to publish on edited book Under the title" library movement of india: a state wide scan". In this book there will be each chapter for each state and these chapters will be handled by persons from that state. I have got persons from majority of states. But not from your state.
