"Sir specimen copy won't be recorded in acc.register , because we are not paying for it.
All materials that has been purchased by the institution or the organisation are recorded in the acc.register .
Seperate register can be made for it.

Entering the Specimen Copy of a Book in the Accessioning Register

Officially can we enter the specimen copy in accession register? Can we enter in the software of library as per the LIS rules?
