I have gone through your questionnaire. As I don't have any idea about your exact research topic but it appears to be a comparison of services rendered by Geo and other Cellular services.

Besides, as I feel as a LIS subject of research, you may check the questions #12-22ย  (Except #20) about their relevancy in the perspective of LIS and discuss with your guide.
