Most of the reports are available in 4 Libraries. But all are located in New Delhi.
The UGC Library, Central Secretariat Library Parliament Library & NASSDOC
Additionally, they are supposed to be available in the National Library but as I understand, the report section (especially IOD) at National Library is in a mess.
