With reference to your mail I intend to inform you that UGC has uploaded the e-certificate of UGC NET December 2013 Grievance. It seems the e-certificate of June 2014 will be uploaded  after some time. You may contact or send a request e-mail to Dr. Surender Singh , Joint Secretary, UGC New Delhi  ssinghugc@hotmail.com.
I have also qualified the UGC DECEMBER 2013 AND JUNE 2014. I have downloaded e-certificate of DECEMBER 2013. E-certificate of June 2014 is still awaited.

If you get any reply from UGC then kindly inform me.
