Very good. Praiseworthy to motivate library users. On what basis/criteria was adopted to select best user as many users come to library. Please answer.

Thanking you Madam,
We have been observed that student got one of the topper from his department about two consequent years, highest % library transactions(books borrowed), utilized e-resources, utilizing library hours. So we selected him as "Best Library User Award".
