Dear LIS Professionals.

ILA is the biggest and National Library Association which is expected to lead the LIS Profession in the Country. But these day ILA earning very negetive response from the LIS professionals throuout the India. LIS is an increasing profession in India which is getting its roots deeper day by day. But the situation of ILA being worst. Our Profession is a nobel profession. and the leader of ILA must be aware of their responsibiity without taking advantage of being a leader of such Association. I also suggest to change the Election Process of ILA that enable to get good and loyal leaders for the Association. We LIS profession must do something to built a strong base of ILA to stronger our Profession.
