1.ย When a college has students up to 1250, one librarian, one library clerk and one peon should be appointed. When a college crosses the number (1250 students), one additional library clerk and one peon should be appointed. Same way when the books collection (except serials) crosses the number 30000, one additional library clerk should be appointed.
