 rganizing a one-week FDP programme on \"Empowering Research: Libraries
  and Advanced Tools for Research\" in hybrid mode (online and offline)
  from 24th March to 29th March 2025.\n\nThe School of Library & Inform
 ation Science, Uttarakhand Open University (UOU), Haldwani, in collabo
 ration with CIQA, is pleased to announce a One-Week Faculty Developmen
 t Programme (FDP) on \"Empowering Research: Libraries and Advanced Too
 ls for Research\", scheduled from 24th – 29th March 2025 in hybrid m
 ode (online & offline).\n\nThis FDP aims to equip Faculty members, lib
 rarians, researchers, Ph.D. scholars, and IT professionals with essent
 ial skills in Advanced Research Tools, Citation Management, Plagiarism
  Detection, Bibliometric Analysis, Systematic reviews, and AI-based Te
 chnologies in Libraries.\n\nA special highlight of the programme will 
 be hands-on workshops on Biblioshiny (R Package), Scopus, Web of Scien
 ce, and AI-driven Research Tools, providing practical exposure to part
 icipants.\n\nThe valedictory session on March 29, 2025, will include a
 n expert panel discussion on the future of digital Libraries, followed
  by a Performance by BLIS learners and a Comprehensive FDP report pres
 entation. The programme is expected to contribute significantly to aca
 demic and research excellence by equipping participants with the lates
 t tools and best practices.\n\nKey Highlights:=> Ethical research & pl
 agiarism detection=> Literature search techniques using Scopus, Web of
  Science & Google Scholar=> Hands-on training in Bibliometric software
 , SPSS, Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote=> AI-based tools & future of digital
