 arch skills by exposing them to recent developments in R & D. The role
  and responsibility of libraries have also changed these days. Earlier
 , Libraries were only confined to the traditional business of renderin
 g books as libraries have been tasked with holding conferences and sem
 inars and doing other activities to hone research skills among academi
 cians. To disseminate information on utilising research to improve our
  R & D activities, a national-level seminar on the Repositioning of Li
 braries in the Research Information Management System of Higher Learni
 ng Institute is being organised on 25th November 2022. It aims to shed
  light on changing trends in research and development activities and t
 o enable academicians to cope with changing scenarios and hone their R
