even if qualifying percentage for OBC is reduced, final result will be declared on the basis of Cutt off Percentage. so this reduction in percentage does not make any sense. It will not going to reduce Cutt off percentage for OBC students.

what will be quality of higher education  ????

Quality no bar for Hr. Education in Authorities mind. Because our Country & Hr. Education both are in transition period. please do understand & don't bother about QUALITY be confident & determine QUANTITY.
