as per supreme court judgement and  UGC defination of teacher Librarian is a teacher....... but librarians never fight for our their rights.

This is  the issue  without fight for right no one listen where as Librarian job is teaching ,guiding as well as counselling the students and teaching staff therefore  it should be in the teaching staff only beside that fulfill all the information needs of others .
