Educational and other Qualifications:

Essential:

Bachelors Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from a recognized University or Institution.

Experience:

Two Years professional experience in a library under the Central Government or State Government

or autonomous or statutory organization or public sector undertaking or University or or recognized research or educational institution.

Desirable:

i) Master Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from a recognized University or Institute.

ii) Diploma in Computer Applications from a recognized University or Institute.
