Research Assistant Position at St Stephen's College, Delhi
Applications are invited for ‘Research Assistant’ for a major research project sponsored by the Indian Council of Social Science Research. The Research Assistant will be recruited for the period of 1 year (approximately). The candidate has to work from Monday to Saturday as per the project requirements. The candidate is also required to visit other educational institutions in Delhi to collect the data pertaining to the research project. The candidate shall have knowledge of computers and various aspects of research methodologies in social sciences. The details of payment and qualifications are as follows:

Tenure of Engagement : 1 Year
Monthly Stipend : Rs. 16000/-

Educational Qualification : M.A/M.LI.Sc. with minimum 55%
marks.

Please note that during the project the position may be converted to Field Investigator (maximum up to 6 months) depending upon the availability of funds and the nature of work. In such case, the Field Investigator will be paid Rs. 15000/-(consolidated) per month.
