Eligibility and Age limit:
Essential:
Master’s degree in Library & Information Science from a recognised University / Institute with two years’ experience in the relevant field in a university /research establishment/Central/State Govt./ PSU and other autonomous body’s library.
OR
i. Bachelor's degree in Library/ Library & Information Sciences from a recognised university /Institute;
ii. Three years’ experience in the relevant field in a university/research establishment /Central /State Govt./ PSU and other autonomous body’s library;
iii. Knowledge of Computer applications.
Desirable:
PG Diploma in Library Automation and Networking or PGDCA or equivalent.
Age Limit: 35 years
2. Name of the Post : Library Assistant

Pay Level: Level – 4
Eligibility and Age limit:
Essential:
i. Bachelor’s degree in Library Science/ Library & Information Science from a recognized university;
ii. Knowledge of computer applications;
iii. Typing speed of 30 wpm in English.
Desirable:
Two years’ relevant experience in a Library of repute, and good knowledge of Library Software Applications.
