IIT Tirupati Central Library seeks proactive, committed, and recent post graduates in Masters of Library and Information Science (2019, 2020, and 2021) for the post of Library Information Assistant - Intern for a contract period of two years.
Name of Post: Library Information Assistant -Intern
No. of positions: Four
Nature of position: Purely Temporary, on Contract
Duration: Two years from date of joining
Essential Qualification:
1. First division in Bachelorโs Degree or equivalent.
2. First division in Masters of Library and Information Science or any equivalent degree. Only those who have graduated in 2019, 2020 or 2021 will be considered.
3. Knowledge of Computers
Consolidated monthly stipend: 20,000/- per month for the first year & 21,000/- per month for the second year
Age Limit: Maximum 26 years as on closing date of application.
Last date for receipt of application: October 28, 2021
Date of written test/practical test/interview: November 06, 2021 (tentative)
