In pursuance of DHE, Assam letter No. DHE/CE/49/2021/ 135 dated 25th April, 2022 and No.DHE/PA/Misc/l/2016/ Pt/117, dated 28.07.2022 applications in standard form along with complete Bio-Data and self-attested copies of all the testimonials are hereby invited from eligible candidates for direct recruitment of under mentioned vacant Sanctioned Posts.
Post Details:
a) Junior Assistant (Grade -III): 03 No. Roster Point No.07-UR, Roster Point No.08-SC, Roster Point No. 09-UR (EWS).
b) Library Assistant (Grade -III): 01 No. Roster Point No. 10 - OBC/ MOBC
c) Grade IV: 01 No. Roster Point No. 09-UR (EWS)
Educational Qualifications:
1. For Grade-III posts: Graduate in Arts/Science/ Commerce from recognized College/Institution affiliated to a recognised University with a computer diploma or certificate course of minimum three month’s duration. The candidate should have the working knowledge in Assamese and English typing in MS Word and Simple Excel.
2. For Grade -IV post: Class VIII passed.
The age of the candidate for all the posts should not be more than 40 years as on 01.01.2022. Age relaxation for reserved categories of candidates will be as per prescribed Govt. rules. The candidates must have a Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) and proficiency in local language. In service candidates must apply through proper channel with NOC obtained from the concerned authority.
Applications with relevant documents along with a Demand Draft (nonrefundable) of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred) only for Grade-III posts and of Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred) only for Grade-IV post, drawn in favour of ‘Principal, Chhaygaon College, Chhaygaon, payable at Bank of Baroda, Chaygaon Dhekenabari Branch, IFSCBARB0CHAYGA’ must reach the undersigned within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement. Candidates must mention the post and roster point no. in application. Defective / Incomplete applications will be rejected at the time of scrutiny and no call letters will be issued to such candidates. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing written test and interview.
