I am LIS professional with perceived understandings and knowledge over the subject. I seek to the opportunity to work in collaboration, working alone is not much effective today because of enhancement of publication and knowledge.
LIS profession is very new but principles and roots are deeper and extended over in almost all other subjects. This subject does not only talk frequently on metric analysis but also needs to explore to bring out the hidden possibilities. Due to the changing tools and component (illuminated ICTs), it has become very difficult to think towards to principles and root level study.
Moreover, above the all, interests and inner voices both must be louder and bold and visible.
LIS Links is a virtual place where each level of professionals are interacting the getting the work done, either in the form of Information sharing or consuming. I would like to an emphasis on the fresh brain, passing out from various departments/schools; decide to do something different than after the NET-JRF and marketing based studies, trying to contribute something new in this professional so that the curve of growth should predict a bright future of LIS. I would like to invite them to work with me if they are interested in excel.
If we compare the 'LIS pattern' of the East and the West, we will find the equality at almost all the stages but, we found ourselves somewhere in the bottom. It is true we should not do the comparative study at any stage, and to be moving toward the target, either set or shown.
