i have qualified net dec 2015 . i cannot download my e certifcate . when iam log in the message displayed that " your e mail ID does not exist " is coming . what to do please help me

I am Mr.Kiran,I cleared UGC-NET exam in December 2015.I will try to download my e-certificate but i cant download it. pls suggest me download e- certificate.
