Reference to the para 6.4.12 Reference to the para "6.4.12. The incumbent Reader who is selected on or after 1.1.2006, shall be redesignated as Associate Professor from the date of his/her selection, and will be placed in the Pay BandIV of Rs.37400-67000 with AGP of Rs. 9000." I would like place my queries I have been promoted to Lecturer (Selection Grade) on 08-06-2008 in a college in Meghalaya. What about my next CAS. Will I have to wait up to June 2011 or I will get it as soon as the Revised pay is implemented. Why they have mentioned on Reader? Is it a mistake or correct. Should it be Readers/Lecturers(Selection Grade). Kindly, let me know.
