kya aise institutes/universities ki information per forum me likhoge jo library sc. ki vacancy ka advertisement nikalate hai aur demand draft call karate hai lekin further procedure ko nahi karte hai aisa ve kai salo tak karte hai kya yah ek tarah ki forgery nahi hai jabaki ve apna kaam karne ke liye backdoor entry se kisi person ko adhoc per appoint kiye rahte hai aise universities ke bare me list bana kar ugc / ministry of human resources ko likane ke liye kaam karne ke liye aage aana chahiye jisase talented person hi job pa sake
