Hi,How can I ensure that library administrators in Koha software can not check out a book which has not been purchased or acquired?In other works does koha allow cataloging only after books have been acquired into the Koha from vendors or suppliers.Can one check out a book that has only been cataloged but not purchased or the acquisition process has not been done?ThanksDavid  See More
