Madam,
Your profile page needs to be updated. Please click on the "Settings" tab to proceed. Please leave the answer of the questions as blank (nothing should be there) that are not applicable to you rather giving as "Nil" / “no” / “_”, etc. Also try to format the answer of the profile question by using appropriate upper and lower case letters.
