Maximum automation for house keeping work is going on in many libraries but for cataloguing, it is almost data entry work. We are not following proper rules of caaloguing. All are doing differently. For MARC21, one has to be very strict to rules otherwise uniformity will not be there for access. Or if access, it will be not appropriate information.
