I want to know the procedure to prepare SHELF LIST.

You can prepare shelf List by mentioning Classification No. included in particular Shelf / Shelves and It's Subject,

Example:For a set of shelves NO. 1-5

510-550

510 - Mathematics 

512.5 - Linear Algebra

530- Physics

540- Chemistry

547- Inorganic Chemistry
