<p>You may try for PARTIAL Financial support from ICSSR. The form is available from their website. But they takes a long time. So you must apply at least 6 months ahead. You may also approach NISSAT/DST office.at Technology Bhawan or for INSA - COSTED funding opportunities. All are located at New Delhi.
