Citation databases provide the impact factor. Web of Science and Scopus both are citation database so and 1 n 3 is correct.Science Direct is the product of Elsevier Science Journals where as ebsco is bibliographic database which includes sometime full text of the journals articles.

Answer is..Scopus and web of science..
