presently as i knoe there is no university who provide this course  through distance mode

  As per UGC Reulation authority No university can Run M Phil/PHD Throughh Distance Mode. For your information i am enclosing UGC Doc.

some person very lucky the completed M Phil in 2009

i think in 2009 M Phil/PHD Throughh Distance mode is approved by UGC
