Dear professionals

Good Evening

I am an Assistant Librarian at RVSKVV Gwalior M.P. I am working from 19/04/2011. Please suggest me whether I should go for M.Phil or Ph.D.?

Ph.D Sir.....

Both are a Professional degrees if you get any one you can do but M Phil is not valid through Correspondence you have to do regular basis some of the universities are offering M Phil on regular basis (1 Year, 2 Semester) & Ph D you can do Part time or Full time both are useful.

PH.D
