Hybrid Abstract Ranking for Paper Sampling – Developed by Dr. Mayank Yuvaraj, Assistant Librarian, Rajarshi Janak Central Library, Central University of South Bihar.
Dr. Mayank Yuvaraj, Assistant Librarian at Rajarshi Janak Central Library, Central University of South Bihar, has developed a tool to systematically sample relevant research papers from Scopus, Web of Science, OpenAlex, and Dimensions. This tool employs a scoring system to assess and categorize papers into three tiers—Green, Orange, and Red—based on their relevance.
