I have downloaded the live DVD ISO image, how can I access it on a browser because I tried local host is not working

root directory not found 

while installing via partitioning

after installation, can we upgrade the versions of lubuntu,and dspace to higher versions/latest version. what is the procedure for upgrading the same after installation????
