हैंड हेल्ड पोर्टेबल रीडर स्टॉक चेकिंग के लिए उपयोगी है। इस मशीन की मदद से लाइब्रेरी के अलग-अलग रैक में रखे हजारों पुस्तकों का डेटा रिकॉर्डिंग मिनटों में हो जाता है। इतना ही नहीं, रैक में रखे सभी पुस्तकों के डेटा का प्रिन्ट भी निकाला जा सकता है। इस उपकरण की कीमत 132000 रुपए है।
